Read this before you connect capital.
Trading crypto derivatives can lose all of the capital allocated to it, and leverage makes that faster. Everything on this site, including every backtest, curve, ranking and live record, is historical information and not a forecast, a recommendation or financial advice. Blackbox is software that places orders you have configured on your own exchange account. You decide what to run and how much to allocate. If you are unsure whether this is suitable for you, do not connect capital.
Backtests
- Backtests are hypothetical. They show how a configuration would have traded on past data, with fees and slippage charged at retail rates; they are not results anyone earned.
- Ranking by past results selects for luck as well as skill. Every agent carries an out-of-sample figure from data it was never tuned on, and that figure can still be wrong about the future.
- Live trading differs from a backtest: fills, fees, funding, outages and timing on your account will not match the published figures.
Automation
- Orders can be delayed, rejected or missed. Every entry is placed with a stop held by the exchange, so a position keeps its protection if Blackbox is down, but a stop can fill worse than its price in a fast market.
- You are responsible for your exchange account and its positions. Watch them.
Partner exchanges
- Referral partners are third-party exchanges. They are separate companies with their own terms, and MyAlgo is not responsible for them.
- MyAlgo does not custody funds. Your money stays on your exchange account.
- MyAlgo cannot access withdrawals: API keys with withdraw or transfer rights are refused.
- MyAlgo earns a referral commission from partner exchanges on accounts opened through our links. It costs you nothing extra, and it is what pays for free Pro.
