Terms of use

These terms cover myalgo.io and the Blackbox app at blackbox.myalgo.io, including its API and MCP server, operated by MyAlgo. By creating an account or connecting an exchange key you agree to them.

1. What Blackbox is

Blackbox is software. It publishes backtested trading agents, their statistics and curves, and live records of our own agents. If you choose, it places orders that you have configured on your own exchange account, using trade-only API keys you provide.

Blackbox is not a broker, an exchange or a custodian, and does not hold your funds. Backtests are hypothetical results, not investment advice. You are responsible for your own exchange accounts.

2. Risk

Trading crypto derivatives can lose all of the capital allocated to it, and leverage makes that faster. Every backtest, curve, ranking and live record is historical information, not a forecast. You decide what to run and how much to allocate. The full risk disclosure is part of these terms.

3. Your account

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement, and trading crypto derivatives on your exchange must be legal for you where you live.
You sign in with Telegram or an email link. Keep those accounts secure: anyone who controls them can sign in as you.
You may hold one account. Accounts linked to the same person may be merged.

4. Exchange keys and automation

Before a key is stored, we read its permissions from the exchange. Keys with withdraw, transfer, pay or earn rights are refused. Blackbox can trade, never withdraw.
You set the allocation, leverage, daily loss limit and drawdown kill switch. Every entry is placed with a stop held by the exchange, so a position keeps its protection if Blackbox is unavailable.
Orders can be delayed, rejected or missed: exchange outages, network failures, rate limits, maintenance and our own safety pauses all happen. We may pause automations to protect accounts. Watch your exchange account; you are responsible for your positions.
You can end access at any moment by deleting the key on your exchange. Removing a key in Blackbox deletes it and stops its automations. Open positions stay on your exchange account with their exchange-held stops, and closing them is up to you.
Live results differ from backtests: fills, fees, funding and timing on your account will not match the published figures exactly.

5. Plans, payment and refunds

Plans and prices are on the pricing section. There is no performance fee.
Paid plans are crypto invoices, paid in advance in stablecoins on the networks shown at checkout. We never see or store card data: paid plans are crypto invoices only.
Pro monthly: stop any time by not renewing. A month already paid is not refunded, in part or in full.
Pro annual: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying; no refund after that. Ask at support@myalgo.io.
Your exchange charges its own trading fees and funding. They are not paid to us.

6. Pro via a partner exchange, and our referral commission

Partner exchanges are third-party companies. MyAlgo earns a referral commission from them on accounts opened through our links. It costs you nothing extra, and it is what makes Pro free for those accounts.
Open an account through our link, then send us its UID or account email in Members → Plan & billing. A 30-day Pro trial starts when you send it.
Bybit referrals are checked against Bybit's affiliate records and approved at once when they match. On Bybit, Pro stays free while the account trades at least once every 30 days.
On the other partner exchanges we check by hand, usually within 24 hours. Once approved, Pro has no end date; we review these accounts every month and may end Pro for one that does not qualify.
If a verification is rejected, the trial it started ends; you see the reason and can send one more request for that exchange.
Automation (AUTOMATE) runs on the exchanges marked live on the partners page. On the others, Pro unlocks the Pro agents and signals.

7. API keys and AI agents

An API key acts with your account's plan and never with more. Caps on a key (symbols, daily notional, kill switch) can only be set or raised from the website, not with the key.
You are responsible for whatever software or AI model you give a key to, and for every action taken with it.
Keys are rate-limited. We may revoke keys used abusively or in a way that degrades the service for others.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to get around access controls, rate limits or plan limits, probe or attack the service, use another person's account or exchange keys, submit an exchange account that is not yours for partner Pro, or republish the rankings, statistics or curves in bulk without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is and as available. We change, add and remove features, agents and rankings, and agents can drop out of the ranking at any time. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed orders, exchange failures or decisions you make using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending

You can stop at any time: delete your keys on the exchange, remove them in Blackbox, and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and the date above.
